Plat and Grave Listing
We have a plat and computerized grave listing which provides easy access to records. We will assist those wishing to research their loved ones and locate their graves in the cemetery.

Plot Sales
We sell grave plots.

Grounds-Keeping Maintenance
We maintain the grounds of the cemetery which are 4.255 acres in size. Donated funds and a fundraiser allows the cemetery to be kept in good condition.

Annual Membership Meeting
In May of each year, an annual membership meeting is held at Providence Church, which is south of the cemetery. An annual Newsletter announces the meeting date. The board of directors for the upcoming year is elected, and any business needing attention is taken care of.

Following the meeting, an annual drawing is held which has become a tradtional part of the meeting.

After adjouring the membership meeting, the board of directors meet and elect officers for the upcoming year.

A Short History of the People of Providence Cemetery

Charlene Donaghue is compiling information on the people buried at Providence Cemetery.  She plans to take a photo of each tombstone and on two pages write a short history of each person buried at Providence.  If you wish to contribute to the book or contact Charlene, please contact her using the information below:
